Lebanese Presidency： A telephone call took place this afternoon between US President Donald Trump and Lebanese President Joseph Aoun, during which President Aoun renewed his thanks for the efforts made by Trump to reach a ceasefire in Lebanon and to secure lasting peace and stability in preparation for achieving the peace process in the region. He hoped that these efforts would continue to stop the fire as soon as possible.
