Chinese researchers have developed a 10-micrometer copper foil that combines about 900 MPa tensile strength with 90% standard electrical conductivity, according to a study published in the journal Science on April 17. The material also showed high thermal stability, offering a potential new route for advanced electronics and battery applications.
