Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi said Friday that the passage for all commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz is declared completely open for the remaining period of the ceasefire, in line with the ceasefire in Lebanon. US President Donald Trump thanked Iran for reopening the Strait of Hormuz for full passage while saying the US naval blockade targeting Iran will remain in full force until Washington's transaction with Tehran is "100 percent complete."

"This process should go very quickly in that most of the points are already negotiated," Trump said.

A 10-day ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon has taken effect. Both sides agreed to halt hostilities, with the Israeli military remaining on high alert while the truce begins. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres welcomed the ceasefire and urged efforts to advance negotiations toward lasting peace, referencing UN Security Council Resolution 1701.
