Qianmen Street is a well-known filming location for many popular movies, including Hidden Man (2018), My Memories of Old Beijing (1983), and Mr. Six (2015). Walking here, you can see backdrops from the films in real life and feel the lively, historic vibe of old Beijing.
Located on Beijing's central axis, Qianmen is a famous historic commercial street. In the Ming and Qing dynasties, it was the imperial road that emperors took to worship at the Temple of Heaven. Built in 1436, the street still keeps its traditional architecture and a vintage tram.
