In a world still shadowed by conflicts, how do love and hope find their way to us? And how do we hold onto beauty that fades in a blink? What drives an animator to dedicate a lifetime to answering these questions? Animation director Weng Ming, also a guest of the 16th Beijing International Film Festival's "Film and Fashion" section, sits down with CGTN to share his creative journey. From a five-year-old discovery at the Shanghai Animation Film Studio to a 38-year career, Weng has remained a lifelong devotee of animation.
