US seizes Iranian cargo ship: The US Navy has intercepted and seized an Iranian-flagged cargo ship named Touska as it tried to get past the US naval blockade, US President Donald Trump said on Sunday. Iran's top joint military command said on Monday that Iran will soon retaliate against this "maritime armed robbery."

Peace talks expected: US Vice President JD Vance will lead a delegation to Islamabad, Pakistan for a second round of talks with Iran in the coming days, US media outlet Axios reported. According to Tasnim News Agency, Iran has not yet made any decision to dispatch a delegation to Islamabad, stressing that no talks will take place as long as the US's naval blockade remains in effect.
