Sanae Takaichi: At approximately 8:39 a.m. today, at the Hishidai training ground in Oita Prefecture, the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Western Army Tank Unit was conducting firing training with a Type 10 tank when a shell misfired inside the gun, resulting in the deaths of three of the four crew members on board and one being injured.
