Peace talks may 'lead nowhere', warns Iran's chief justice

Iran's judiciary chief, Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei, said negotiations between Iran and the US "may genuinely lead nowhere."

He warned that a proposed maritime blockade by Washington would be a clear violation of the ceasefire from Iran's perspective.

According to Iranian state television on Tuesday, no Iranian delegation has departed for talks with the United States in Pakistan.
