The Third High-Level Meeting of the Global Shared Development Action Forum opens Tuesday, bringing together international partners with a clear focus: turning development commitments into measurable results. In an interview, Sophie Muller, representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in China, pointed to a deepening partnership with the China International Development Cooperation Agency as a key driver of that shift, from policy to implementation under the Global Development Initiative. Backed by the Global Development and South-South Cooperation Fund, the cooperation is moving beyond frameworks and into delivery, supporting education systems, expanding livelihood opportunities and advancing durable solutions for refugees on the ground.
