China's HH-200 cargo drone has completed its maiden flight, with designers pitching it as a low-cost, autonomous logistics aircraft for remote and underserved areas. The aircraft can carry 1.5 tonnes, cruise at 310 km/h and fly up to 2,360 km. Its chief designer said it can be fully loaded in under five minutes and that its overall cost could be about one-third that of a manned transport plane.
