Hotan targets 149,000 hectares of desert with hybrid sand-fix methods

In Hotan, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, over 670 hectares of straw checkerboards have been laid deep in the Taklimakan Desert using a mechanical transport plus manual laying model.
