Traffic police in Tangshan, north China's Hebei Province, received an urgent call for help on April 23 after a woman suffered a serious hand injury during the morning rush hour. 

Officers quickly launched an emergency escort, clearing the way through heavy traffic. 

A journey that normally takes 35 minutes was completed in just 9 minutes, safely getting the injured woman to hospital in time.
