Train collision in Indonesia leaves 7 dead, 81 injured

A commuter train and a long-distance train collided on the evening of April 27 in Bekasi City, West Java Province, Indonesia. The accident caused severe damage to the rear carriages of the commuter train. Witness videos showed passengers fleeing in panic through the windows. According to the Indonesian railway company on April 28, the accident has so far resulted in the deaths of 7 passengers and injuries to 81 others, who are receiving treatment in hospitals.
