The two sides held in-depth and constructive exchanges on implementing the important consensus reached between the two heads of state during their meeting in Busan and their previous phone talks and on properly addressing respective concerns in the economic and trade sector and advancing pragmatic cooperation, according to a statement released by the Chinese side.
China expressed serious concerns about the US' recent restrictive economic and trade measures against China, the statement read.
Both sides also agreed to continue making full use of the China-US economic and trade consultation mechanism, enhance consensus, manage differences, strengthen cooperation, and promote the healthy, stable and sustained development of China-US economic and trade relations.
