The China Coast Guard (CCG) released footage of a law-enforcement patrol in the territorial sea of China's Huangyan Dao and its surrounding waters on April 30. In the video, Chinese coast guard officers warned a Philippine vessel that it had entered the territorial sea and that its actions did not constitute innocent passage. The CCG said it has strengthened patrols in the area since April and handled ships engaged in illegal rights-violation activities in accordance with laws and regulations.
