Tens of thousands of Japanese people gathered in a park in Tokyo on Sunday, Constitution Memorial Day, calling for respect for Japan's pacifist Constitution and opposing war and arms expansion. Protesters said Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi's policy agenda, including attempts to revise the pacifist Constitution and expand the military, is unacceptable.
