China once again showcased its diving dominance at the 2026 World Aquatics Diving World Cup Super Final in Beijing, sweeping all nine golds on offer, after Chen Jia and Bai Yuming clinched victory in the final two events on Sunday.
In the women's 3m springboard, 21-year-old Chen Jia successfully defended her title with 374.40 points, narrowly edging compatriot Chen Yiwen by just 1.35 points. Australia's Maddison Keeney rounded out the podium after placing third to claim bronze.
Later in the day, Bai Yuming surged past Mexico's Randal Willars Valdez to claim gold in the men's 10m platform final, topping the podium with 542.95 points. Willars Valdez, who led after the fourth round, ultimately settled for silver with 538.15 points, while China's Lian Junjie bagged bronze, marking another solid showing for the host nation.
The event-ending accolades at the National Aquatics Center, popularly known as the Water Cube, saw China's Wang Zongyuan selected as the Best Male Diver, while Jiang Linjing was named Best Female Diver of this year's World Cup, underscoring their exceptional performances throughout the season.
