Zelenskyy: President of the European Council President António Costa and I discussed our European integration. We are counting on the opening of all six negotiation clusters over the course of this and next month. Technically, Ukraine is fully ready.I am grateful to António for his support and for his personal efforts in unlocking the €90 billion financial support package. It is important that the funds begin to arrive as soon as possible and help Ukraine prepare for winter.
