The Chinese Foreign Ministry announced Wednesday that Losang Jamcan, Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy and vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, will attend the presidential inaugurations in Djibouti and Uganda respectively.
At the invitation of President of the Republic of Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh and President of the Republic of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, the special envoy will travel to Djibouti City for the inauguration of President Guelleh on May 9, and to Kampala for the inauguration of President Museveni on May 12.
