Beijing's first street flower show: Flowers meet the city
Since opening on April 28, the 2026 Beijing International Flower Show – Beijing's first open-street flower exhibition – has been underway at Lize Financial Business District in central Beijing, attracting 338,000 visitors in just one week and turning the area into a new cultural and tourist landmark in the Chinese capital.
Adopting an innovative street-style layout, the flower show features one core exhibition area along with multiple themed landscape nodes. A total of 60 miniature green spaces and 28 featured garden check-in sites are spread throughout the business district.
The exhibition invites visitors to stroll freely along Lize's streets, lanes and commercial facilities. Transformed from an urban green valley into an all-round urban garden, the district offers a relaxed open-air atmosphere where people can admire blooming flowers anytime and anywhere.
