We Talk: Chicago youths say US has 'a lot to learn' from China's development experience

Global Stringer

How do US youth feel about China these days? Data recently released by the Pew Research Center shows that favorable views of China have risen significantly in many countries. In the United States, positive views of China have nearly doubled from 14% in 2023 to 27% in 2026.

One student, Saul, believed that China's experience in urban construction is worth learning from. Another student, Clarisse, was amazed by the technological achievements China has made.
