As US President Donald Trump is set to visit China soon, three American influencers are using this opportunity to voice their rational plea for cooperation between the two countries. Trust is not a slogan. Trust begins with genuine, deep connection, mutual respect, and equal-footed communication. Slogans won't bring trust, nor will well-crafted talking points. Only by setting aside arrogance and engaging in sincere dialogue can we inject lasting momentum into bilateral relations.
