Asked whether US arms sales to China's Taiwan region would be discussed by Chinese President Xi Jinping and US President Donald Trump, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said on Tuesday that during President Trump's visit to China, the two heads of state will hold in-depth exchanges on major issues concerning China-US relations, as well as world peace and development.
He added that China's opposition to US arms sales to China's Taiwan region remains consistent and clear.
