China's opposition to US arms sales to China's Taiwan region is consistent and clear, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said on Tuesday.
Guo made the remarks at a regular news briefing when answering a query about China-US ties and the Taiwan question.
During US President Donald Trump's state visit to China from May 13 to 15, the two heads of state will have an in-depth exchange of views on major issues concerning China-US relations and world peace and development, he said.
