Taicang Port revs up as car exports jump 76%

Around 400,000 automobiles were exported through Taicang Port in east China's Jiangsu Province in the first four months of this year, up 76% year on year, according to Nanjing Customs.

Taicang Port put its specialized Haitong automobile terminal into operation in 2024, establishing a multimodal logistics system that tightly integrates waterway, highway, and rail transport.
