South Korea welcomes the meeting between Chinese and US leaders as well as the development of China-US relations, an official said at a press briefing on Friday.

Responding to a question from a CMG reporter, Blue House communication secretary Lee Kyu-youn said Seoul hopes the leaders' meeting will help further deepen and strengthen both China-South Korea relations and US-South Korea ties.
