Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi said on Friday that Tehran welcomes any country that can help advance diplomacy, particularly China.

"We are strategic partners to each other and we know that the Chinese have a good intention," he said while speaking to a section of media persons on the conclusion of the BRICS Foreign Ministers' Meeting in the Indian capital New Delhi.
