Drivers completed the longest and toughest stage of the 2026 Taklimakan Rally at Ayding Lake in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Tuesday.
The 468-kilometer stage took competitors through canyons, Gobi riverbeds and rocky desert roads, testing their endurance, navigation skills and vehicle reliability.
The rally, which began on Saturday, spans about 7,500 kilometers across Xinjiang and will conclude in Aksu Prefecture on June 1.
