The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia, considering the recent decision adopted by Bolivia regarding the stay of the Ambassador of Colombia in that State, and based on the provisions of Article 9 of the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, found itself compelled to declare, on the basis of reciprocity, the termination of the duties of Mr. Ariel Percy Molina Pimentel, Head of Office of the Embassy of the Plurinational State of Bolivia in Colombia.
