Iranian FM spokesperson: Our basis has been to first agree on a memorandum of understanding consisting of 14 points, and in this memorandum, the most important issues necessary to end the imposed war and the matters that are fundamentally important to us are included. Within a period of 30 to 60 days, the details of the issues will be discussed and ultimately an agreement will be reached.
