A tank of toxic chemicals overheated and began leaking on May 21 at a facility in Garden Grove, California. On May 23, firefighters found a potential crack in the tank, which could be relieving some of the pressure inside, local fire chief said on May 24. Around 50,000 residents remain under evacuation orders as crews continue spraying water to cool the tank.
