The world's largest LNG dual-fuel container ship has started its maiden voyage from Shanghai Yangshan Port along the China-Europe route. Named the CMA CGM Notre Dame, the 400-meter-long giant vessel can carry over 24,000 standard containers. Meanwhile, a new fast direct shipping route between Shanghai and the US West Coast has also been launched, cutting delivery time to just 18 days. These new green and high-efficiency routes further boost Shanghai's status as a top global shipping hub.
