The seventh season of China Media Group's (CMG) national employment campaign, "Guopin Action," was launched in Beijing on Tuesday, aiming to provide more intelligent, personalized job services for university graduates and job seekers.
Since its launch in 2020, the campaign has brought together more than 140,000 well-known companies, offering over 13 million job positions and receiving more than 88 million resumes. More than 4,000 online and offline recruitment events have also been organized nationwide.
Speaking at the launch, Shen Haixiong, president of CMG, said the initiative has become one of the key channels for college graduates seeking employment.
Shen noted that CMG has continuously expanded and upgraded its employment support services, creating multiple recruitment and career guidance programs to help graduates secure stable employment.
He added that the seventh season introduces further improvements powered by artificial intelligence (AI), offering around-the-clock, intelligent and personalized guidance for job seekers.
One of the major highlights this season is the integration of digital and AI technologies into talent development services.
During the event, organizers unveiled an AI assistant called "Guopin Xiaozhi," designed to support job seekers through five key functions: career direction guidance, job matching, resume optimization, interview practice and personal strengths assessment.
Through intelligent, scenario-based, and lightweight service models, the platform aims to address common challenges faced by job seekers, including unclear career planning and insufficient interview preparation, while promoting higher-quality, more fulfilling employment.
