A report on the military activities of non-US extra-regional countries in the Western Pacific in 2025 was released on Tuesday in Beijing by the South China Sea Strategic Situation Probing Initiative, an international research network.

Titled "Report on the Military Activities of Non-US Extra-Regional Countries in the Western Pacific in 2025," the report reveals the details of military activities conducted in 2025 by extra-regional countries including the United Kingdom, France, Canada and Australia in the Western Pacific, particularly in areas including the South China Sea and East China Sea.
