Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Adrijana Mesarovic said on Tuesday that Serbia and China are looking to expand cooperation in emerging sectors such as green energy, artificial intelligence, the data economy, the digital economy and smart industry.

Speaking at the 7th China-CEEC (Central and Eastern European Countries) Local Leaders' Meeting in Jinan, east China's Shandong Province, she said stronger links between regions, industrial parks, enterprises and chambers of commerce could open a more modern and future-oriented phase of cooperation.
