The Iraq-based Sabereen News said on Thursday that the commander of the North Gaza Brigade, alongside the commander of the Gaza City Brigade, was killed in a strike in the Gaza Strip. 

However, Israel's N12 News, citing a security source, reported that the casualties were the Northern Brigade commander and his deputy. There has been no comment from the Israeli army or Hamas.
