According to Fu, the customized edition marks an important expansion of CINITY technology into the content ecosystem. He said CINITY will continue upgrading its technology and audience experience so more viewers can appreciate the beauty and excitement of scientific exploration on giant screens.
Ni Minjing, director of the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, said China-developed CINITY LED (CLED) technology has brought a groundbreaking audiovisual experience to science film screenings. He added that the museum and CINITY will deepen cooperation in scientific resources, venue platforms and public education.
Mike Lutz, member of the GSCA Executive Committee, also praised CINITY LED cinema technology in a speech on the future of LED theaters. He said the technology is transforming immersive viewing experiences in museums and science centers.
At the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, films were presented on a 23-meter-wide and 18-meter-high CLED sound-transparent screen with a 1.33:1 aspect ratio, delivering a renewed large-format cinematic experience that points to the future direction of giant-screen theaters.
