Richard Falk,  professor emeritus of international law at Princeton University, said in an interview with Neutrality Studies that China has risen dramatically, but without an excessive emphasis on militarism, and with a greater foreign policy emphasis on mutual benefits. He noted that China is disposed toward win-win relations with weaker foreign countries, producing infrastructure for these countries.
