Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, met with British Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper in Beijing on Tuesday. The two sides also held the 11th China-UK strategic dialogue.
Cooper is paying a visit to China from June 1 to 3 at the invitation of Wang. The visit follows British Prime Minister Starmer's visit to China in January this year, constituting another high-level interaction aimed at advancing bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
