China has completed the cable towers of the world's largest half-through steel arch bridge in Luzhou. With a record 570-meter span and a 214-meter-tall tower, the 34,000-tonne "steel rainbow" over the Yangtze River was built with millimeter-precision despite extreme winds and temperatures.
