Israel and Lebanon agreed to implement a ceasefire but said it would require a "complete cessation" of fire by Hezbollah. "As a result of US-led negotiation, Israel and Lebanon agreed to the implementation of a ceasefire," said US State Department Counselor Daniel Holler in Washington.
