As artificial intelligence reshapes the way information is created, distributed and consumed, media leaders, policymakers, technology innovators and scholars from around the world will gather in southwest China's Chongqing on June 10 for the 5th CMG Forum.
Jointly hosted by China Media Group (CMG) and the Chongqing Municipal People's Government, the forum is expected to bring together nearly 300 representatives from across the globe to explore how media can harness the power of technological innovation while upholding its responsibility to inform, connect and inspire.

Under the theme "Upholding and Reshaping: The Media's Mission in the Intelligent Era", this year's forum will serve as a platform for dialogue across industries and borders. Through keynote speeches, panel discussions and scenario-based project exhibitions, participants will share insights on emerging technologies, cultural exchange and the future of global communication, while examining how media can contribute to a more inclusive, trustworthy and dynamic information ecosystem in the age of intelligent technologies.
Innovation will take center stage throughout the event. Several major initiatives and technological achievements are set to be unveiled, including CMG's new-generation AI media platform. A range of CMG's innovative projects will also be showcased, from robot combat competitions to international music events, demonstrating how technology is reshaping content creation and audience engagement. Meanwhile, CMG and the Chongqing municipal government will launch a series of collaborative productions, including documentaries and television dramas, further strengthening creative partnerships.
