A magnitude-5.8 earthquake with a depth of 20 kilometers jolted the waters near Cuba at 2 a.m. Beijing Time on Tuesday (1800 GMT on Monday), with tremors felt in the capital, Havana, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.
