China's advanced light rail trains are ready to serve the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Mexico. Over 100 Chinese-built smart and eco-friendly trains are fully operational, and set to carry 1.25 million passengers daily during the tournament. They are fast, quiet and energy-saving, directly connecting downtown Mexico City to the iconic Azteca Stadium – a route used for the opening match. The Chinese rail technology will support smooth travel for fans across all three host cities.
