Speaking at the 2026 Forum on Global Human Rights Governance, Abalodjam Kadja, member of the National Human Rights Commission of Togo, emphasized that women and people with disabilities are the groups that should be given special attention in digital development. He said technology can be leveraged to protect human rights and thanked the forum for offering an opportunity for South-South cooperation.
