From AI-powered support for international students to digital preservation of endangered cultures and peacebuilding through communication, young innovators from around the world are turning ideas into action.

At the 2026 Acceleration Week for the Global Youth Development Program, which runs from June 11 to 17 in Shanghai and Wuhan, participants shared how youth-led projects are addressing global challenges while building connections across cultures.

The program provides a platform for young leaders to showcase solutions, gain mentorship and expand international cooperation.
