In southwest China's Yunnan Province, the 10th China-South Asia Expo is giving visitors a vibrant showcase of local ethnic traditions and cultural creativity.

In an interview with CGTN's Chen Qiaoshen during the expo, Arun Hemachandra, deputy minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Employment of Sri Lanka, said an increasing number of Sri Lankan exhibitors are coming to the expo to showcase their products, which has given them a great opportunity to enter the Chinese market.

"With the strengthened China-Sri Lanka ties, bilateral cooperation will bring prosperity to the two peoples," he told CGTN.
