The central Chinese city of Wuhan is hosting the World Youth Development Forum. The event has drawn around 500 youth leaders from UN agencies, government ministries and youth organizations. Their discussions revolve around three topics: creative economy and trend culture, artificial intelligence and youth development, and volunteerism and poverty reduction. The forum has also released a think tank report titled "Chinese Youth: Strivers and Global Contributors in the New Era" and a list of projects under the Action Plan for Global Youth Development, which is promoted by China and the UN.
