The 22nd China International Cartoon and Animation Festival (CICAF) kicked off on June 17 in Hangzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province, bringing together animation and gaming companies and institutions from 33 countries and regions, including China, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Germany.

From vibrant cosplay performances to immersive exhibition booths, the event turns the venue into a world of imagination and storytelling. Running through June 21, the festival showcases how pop culture connects creators and audiences across borders.
