Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said on Wednesday that plans for the negotiating teams to travel to Geneva remain in place, but added that the memorandum of understanding has already been signed digitally and no formal signing ceremony will take place in Switzerland.
